Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use fastgreen.in or buy from FastGreen. By placing an order or sending an enquiry you agree to them.

Who we are

FastGreen sells plants, pots, tools and garden supplies and provides landscaping and garden-maintenance services in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total, including delivery, is shown before you place an order.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error; any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Live plants are natural products: size, shape and colour may vary slightly from photos.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay when your order arrives.
• UPI or bank transfer: pay after placing the order, quoting the order number. Items are held for 48 hours; unpaid orders are then cancelled automatically.

Delivery

We currently deliver to selected Bengaluru pincodes. Delivery costs ₹49, free on orders of ₹999 or more, unless shown otherwise at checkout. Please make sure someone can receive the order, especially live plants.

Cancellations, returns and replacements

You can cancel an order online before it is packed. Returns and replacements follow our Returns & Refunds policy, which also appears on each product page.

Garden services

Package prices shown on the site are starting prices. The final scope and price are agreed with you after our team reviews your requirements or visits the site. Service terms, schedules and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Your account

Keep access to your Google account or mobile number secure. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying items as described and for performing services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
